What are we looking for?

At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end ML projects, from data preparation and modelling to deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of data science principles, including EDA, model development, and evaluation.
  • Proficiency in Python and common data science/ML libraries (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, Keras, OpenCV).
  • Experience with data transformation using SQL and Pandas.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and Generative AI (e.g., OpenAI, Bedrock).
  • Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Databricks) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with software engineering best practices (Git, CI/CD, unit testing) is a plus.
  • Fluent English.
