Overview:
We are seeking a high-caliber Head of Sales & Marketing to lead and scale the revenue
functions of two growing companies. The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on leader with deep experience in B2B sales and marketing, particularly in offshore staffing/services
targeting US clients. This individual will play a pivotal role in refining our go-to-market strategy,
optimizing sales and marketing systems, and building high-performing teams to achieve
aggressive growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a unified sales and marketing strategy for both companies.
- Build strategic plans around go-to-market initiatives, market penetration, and customer segmentation.
- Align sales and marketing objectives with company goals, pipeline targets, and revenue milestones.
Sales Management
- Own the full sales funnel: outbound prospecting, SDR management, AE development, deal closure.
- Set and track sales KPIs (e.g., pipeline coverage, win rate, conversion, CAC).
- Optimize sales operations through CRM management, forecasting, and pipeline health metrics.
- Mentor and coach SDRs, AEs, and sales leaders for performance and growth.
Marketing Oversight
- Oversee demand generation, content marketing, email campaigns, events, and partnerships.
- Implement account-based marketing (ABM) and inbound/outbound marketing campaigns.
- Leverage automation, AI tools, and analytics to drive efficiency and scale.
- Align marketing with sales to generate qualified pipeline and improve lead conversion.
People & Team Development
- Manage a cross-functional team across sales, marketing, and GTM operations.
- Attract, hire, and develop top talent.
- Cultivate a culture of accountability, proactivity, and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in B2B sales and/or marketing roles.
- Proven success selling offshore services to US or Western markets.
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing systems, funnel metrics, and tools (e.g.,
- HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Experience implementing automation, AI, and tech tools to improve sales/marketing performance.
- Strong knowledge of go-to-market strategies, buyer journey mapping, and new market entry.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Knowledge of ERP (especially NetSuite), IT services, or outsourced accounting industry.
- Background in consulting or managed services models.
- Experience working with offshore delivery teams.
