We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our global B2B marketing
strategy and strengthen our presence in international markets. This role is ideal
for a seasoned marketing leader who excels in digital marketing, content strategy,
lead generation, and team leadership—especially within the offshoring or
outsourcing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global B2B marketing strategy focused on international market expansion
- Lead multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid media, email, social) tailored to global audiences
- Drive lead generation and demand creation across priority markets (US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, etc.)
- Oversee content creation including case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and thought leadership pieces
- Strengthen brand positioning in the offshoring and outsourcing sectors
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team
- Track performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and report results directly to the CEO
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in international marketing outreach, digital marketing, and lead generation
- Proven experience in content creation and brand development
- Experience in offshoring, outsourcing, or professional services is highly preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize marketing performance
