Client Overview

Our client is a known CPG brand within the food & beverage industry. They are now looking for an excellent UX/UI Designer to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate

$45/hr - $55/hr

Position Overview

The UX/UI Designer with professional experience will support a short-term coverage leave for 2 - 3 months, working 30 - 40 hours weekly.

Responsibilities Of The UX/UI Designer

Manage an application used for internal facing communications.
Handle complex user interface navigation tool across mobile and website platforms.
Quickly assess project needs and work well independently with minimal coaching.

Required Experience/Skills for the UX/UI Designer:

4 - 5 yrs design experience in agency or in-house with 3 yrs minimum of UX/UI focused.
Portfolios that show UX mid-journey stage through development.
Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; and Figma.
Strong visual communication skills, including typography, color theory, and design.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop & execute design concepts.
Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
Ability to present design concepts to cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the UX/UI Designer:

Design system library build experience is preferred.
Previous design experience with similar CPG brand industry.
Portfolios or samples showing data visualization, libraries, and dashboard designs.
Experience with development teams and familiarity with nuances and file setup.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or related design degree required.
