We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive the success of our innovative life science tools. This role is critical in shaping how our products are positioned in the market, ensuring they resonate with the needs of researchers in single-cell sequencing, high-throughput screening, and related fields.
As the link between product development, marketing, and sales, you will define positioning, craft go-to-market strategies, and lead the development of clear, compelling messaging. A key part of this role is creating foundational marketing assets—such as application briefs, one-pagers, and early web content—to introduce new technologies and support their successful commercialization.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Commercial, this role offers an exciting opportunity to influence Atrandi’s success in a fast-paced and dynamic biotech industry.
Our main office is in Vilnius, Lithuania. For this role we are considering local or remote candidates from EU countries who would be open to visit headquarters, especially during onboarding period (visits covered by the company).
Requirements:
- A Master ‘s degree (or higher) in Life Sciences (Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genomics, or a related field)—is required. Candidates without a Life Sciences degree will not be considered.
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related role in the life sciences industry.
- Knowledge of single-cell technologies, genomics, or high-throughput applications is highly preferred.
- Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging.
- Experience creating sales and marketing materials that drive engagement and adoption.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
- Define and refine product positioning, messaging, and unique selling propositions (USPs).
- Develop compelling messaging and content for both emerging and established products—translating scientific literature, user insights, and product capabilities into clear narratives that drive awareness, adoption, and market engagement.
- Perform market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Create impactful sales enablement materials, including presentations, data sheets, and competitive analysis.
- Support demand generation efforts through targeted marketing campaigns, webinars, and conferences.
