We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Social Media Marketing Expert to lead and execute our Web3 project’s international social media growth strategy. This role requires a full-time commitment (8 hours/day) with a strong focus on aligning our existing 13 million app users to actively engage and subscribe to all our social media platforms, including Twitter, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other major channels.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in social media marketing, user engagement, and Web3/blockchain industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic social media marketing plan to transition our 13 million app users to follow and engage on all relevant platforms.

Create and manage compelling campaigns, content, and engagement strategies to increase brand awareness, traffic, and community interaction.

Implement growth-hacking techniques to maximize organic reach, user engagement, and conversions.

Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.

Collaborate with internal teams, and partners to enhance Web3 brand presence globally.

Stay updated with Web3 trends, social media and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience (3+ years) in social media marketing for Web3, crypto, blockchain, or tech startups.

Strong expertise in growing Twitter, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Deep understanding of Web3 communities, trends, and digital marketing best practices.

Ability to develop and execute data-driven social media strategies.

Proficiency in content creation, community management, and user engagement techniques.

Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).

Experience with social media analytics tools and growth-hacking strategies.

Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Very attractive salary package in USD (2000-3000 PM) based on experience and expertise. (Further to be finalized in interview)
