Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the North American market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, brand management, and market analysis, with a proven track record of driving brand recognition and growth. This role will be pivotal in executing our comprehensive marketing and external communication strategy to enhance Atos' presence and reputation in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Atos' goals for growth in the North American market.
- Brand Management: Enhance brand recognition and positioning through effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media engagement to drive traffic and leads.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify target segments, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Content Development: Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience and showcases Atos' expertise.
- Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances that can enhance market presence and credibility.
- Public Relations: Manage media relations and coordinate public relations efforts to ensure consistent messaging and positive brand visibility.
- Performance Measurement: Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a lean marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing and public relations, with a focus on B2B technology services.
