Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (4+ years) who can design scalable systems, lead architecture decisions, and build high-performance products end-to-end.

Tech Stack:

• Frontend: ReactJS, Tailwind
• Backend: Python, Django, Django REST Framework
• Data: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB
• Cloud: AWS (ECS/Fargate, EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM)
• Async & Data Pipelines: Celery, SQS, SNS (Kafka/Kinesis is a plus)
• DevOps: Docker, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CDK)

Responsibilities:

• Own End-to-End Delivery: Lead features from problem definition → architecture → development → deployment → monitoring → iteration.
• Architect & Scale Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant, multi-tenant systems for large-scale advertising and retail data.
• Build High-Performance Systems: Optimize APIs, databases, and async pipelines for low latency and high throughput.
• Lead Full-Stack Development: Build robust backend systems (Django/DRF) and scalable frontend applications (React).
• Drive Technical Decisions & Data Design: Make trade-offs across performance, cost, and reliability while designing efficient data models and pipelines.
• Ensure Reliability & Raise the Bar: Implement monitoring and debugging practices, mentor engineers, and maintain high engineering standards.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of strong software engineering experience
• Deep expertise in Python (Django/DRF) and backend system design
• Strong experience with ReactJS and modern frontend architecture
• Proven experience building scalable, production-grade systems on AWS
• Knowledge of Kafka/Kinesis or real-time data pipelines
• Solid understanding of:

Distributed systems & system design

Database design, indexing, and performance tuning (PostgreSQL)

Caching strategies (Redis)

Async processing (Celery, queues)

• Experience with:

CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows

Writing clean, maintainable, well-tested code

Debugging complex production issues

Good to have:

• Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or Amazon Ads ecosystem (SP-API, AMC)
• Hands-on with high-scale SaaS platforms
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CDK)
• Strong understanding of security and system reliability best practices
