About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a talented and experienced Product Designer (Part-Time) to join our fast-paced, mission-driven team. You will work closely with our product leads to deeply understand user needs and translate those insights into thoughtful, intuitive designs. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our platform—streamlining visa applications, simplifying new product purchases, and driving user satisfaction across our web and mobile products.

What You'll Do

• User Discovery & Research: Lead user discovery sessions, usability testing, and hypothesis validation to gather meaningful insights and guide product direction.
• Design Execution: Collaborate with product managers to translate product requirements into user-centric, pixel-perfect interfaces aligned with our product roadmap.
• UX Optimization: Create and refine end-to-end user journeys across the website and app, especially for key flows such as the visa application and product purchase experiences.
• Process Documentation: Define and document design and production processes to ensure clarity, reproducibility, and efficiency across teams.
• Workflow Enhancement: Help build and improve creative workflows, aligning cross-functional teams to drive execution quality and speed.

Who You Are

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a product/UX designer in tech environments (agency, freelance, or in-house).
• Systems Thinker: You have a strategic mindset and a tactical eye for optimizing tools, systems, and workflows that support high-quality design output.
• Collaborative: Skilled at working cross-functionally, particularly with product managers, engineers, and operations.
• Process-Oriented: Adept at auditing and improving design processes—translating these into actionable formats like workflows, decks, and documentation.
• Tools Mastery: Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and prototyping tools. Familiarity with motion or interaction design is a plus.
• Mission-Driven: You are motivated by impact and comfortable with flexible working hours to meet milestones and deliverables.
