Job Description

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join a collaborative, fast-paced environment, working closely with product managers, analysts, QA, and global engineering teams. This role involves building, configuring, and supporting Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) within the Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM) suite, with a strong focus on Enterprise Case Management (ECM), Customer Risk Rating (CRR), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support OFSAA FCCM modules, particularly ECM and CRR.
• Manage data flows from FCCM base data into ECM, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing.
• Configure ECM components and security settings to meet business needs, including integrations with external applications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize batch jobs across the FCCM environment to maintain data quality and timeliness.
• Improve performance of FCCM solutions through correlation rule optimization and system tuning.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by proactively learning new tools and practices, while supporting team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with OFSAA FCCM (v8.05+).
• Solid understanding of the ECM data model and experience gathering business requirements.
• Strong skills in Oracle Database and PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with ECM UI customization.
• Domain knowledge in financial compliance areas such as AML, KYC, customer screening, and case management.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience working in Agile environments preferred.
