About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, product-minded Product Designer to join us at an early stage. You’ll lead design for our core platform from messaging automations and referral flows to smart patient profiles and AI-powered workflows.

This isn’t a pixel-pushing role. You’ll be embedded in product strategy, work directly with founders, and help define the experience across a full-stack healthcare platform.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end design process across major product surfaces
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering on new features
• Lead design for complex flows like patient acquisition, engagement automations, and intake
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate with users
• Create clear, scalable design systems and documentation
• Shape the overall user experience and visual identity of Atlas AI

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of product design experience (preferably in fast-paced startups)
• A strong portfolio of shipped products with clean, modern UX
• Experience designing complex workflows or enterprise tools
• Comfort with ambiguity and moving fast
• Product-first mindset. You care about outcomes, not just visuals
• Bonus: background in healthcare, AI, or automation platforms
