About the Role
As a Graphic Designer on our marketing team, you will play an essential role in shaping and elevating the brand's visual communication. We are looking for a creative and strategic partner capable of translating business objectives into compelling visual concepts.
You will be responsible for creating and implementing the visual strategy across all marketing channels, from performance campaigns to branding and social media content. The role requires a deep understanding of how quality design influences brand performance and perception.
Key Responsibilities:
- Concept and visual strategy: developing creative concepts for multi-platform marketing campaigns (Meta, Tiktok, Linkedin, Google Ads, etc.), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Production of materials (static & dynamic): creating a full range of visual assets, including design for ad campaigns, social media graphics, simple animations, gifs, and short video edits to increase audience engagement.
- Brand identity management: you will act as the primary guardian of the visual identity, maintaining a high standard of consistency and quality across all produced materials, whether digital or print.
- UI/UX design and email marketing: you will design impactful newsletter templates and collaborate with the technical team to develop UI/UX elements, ensuring an intuitive and seamless user experience.
- Analysis and optimization: monitoring the performance of visual materials (analyzing metrics such as ctr, conversion rates) and using data to iterate and continuously improve creative efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrable professional experience (minimum 4-5 years) in a graphic designer role, ideally in an agency or a company's marketing team.
- Advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Knowledge of collaborative design tools (e.g., Figma) is an advantage.
- A strong portfolio that highlights both technical excellence and conceptual thinking, with a clear focus on marketing and conversion-oriented design.
- Proven experience in creating visuals for performance marketing campaigns.
- Strategic thinking: the ability to understand complex briefs and translate them into effective visual solutions that address business needs.
- Autonomy and project management: a proactive attitude and the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects in parallel, from concept to completion.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to the team and other stakeholders.
