Digital Marketing Trainer

Job Title: Digital Marketing Trainer equivalent to TL

Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and dynamic Trainer & QA Specialist to join our digital advertising team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the digital marketing ecosystem, particularly in Google and Meta Ads, with a strong foundation in training delivery, quality assurance, and process orientation. This role involves training new and existing team members on digital ad platforms, ensuring adherence to campaign standards, and driving process excellence.

Job Duties:

Training (70%)

• Develop and deliver process training sessions on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and current processes.
• Design training modules for onboarding, upskilling, and cross-skilling digital marketing teams.
• Customize training plans based on team and project needs (Search, Display, Video, Remarketing, etc.).
• Conduct process training for campaign management, reporting, and client communications.
• Create learning materials, assessments, and feedback loops to track training effectiveness.
• Stay updated on platform changes and translate those into actionable team training.

Quality Assurance (30%)

• Audit live and completed campaigns for adherence to platform guidelines and internal SOPs.
• Identify gaps in campaign execution or reporting and provide corrective actions.
• Review whether outputs align with best practices, internal playbooks, and client objectives.
• Document QA findings and share actionable feedback with team leads and individual contributors.
• Identify recurring gaps and feed them into the training pipeline.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5 years of experience in digital advertising with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in training and/or QA roles within a digital marketing team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency or performance marketing setup is a plus.
