Who Are We Looking For:

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at ATG, you'll play a key role in developing high-impact features for our high-transaction e-commerce web applications. While you are comfortable working across the stack, you have a strong inclination toward front-end development and delivering exceptional user experiences using React and modern front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance user interfaces using React, Next.js, and modern front-end technologies

• Design and maintain scalable .NET Core backend services, ensuring high performance and reliability

• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to create intuitive and performant applications

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the full stack, with a strong emphasis on front-end best practices

• Optimize application performance and ensure smooth user experiences

• Conduct code reviews and advocate for high standards in accessibility, responsiveness, and maintainability

• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to deploy and scale applications

• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and continuously improve the development process

• A passion for building great user experiences and front-end development while being comfortable working across the stack

• Strong collaboration skills—you enjoy brainstorming with designers and backend engineers to build cohesive features

What You Need for Success:

• 5+ years of software development experience in full-stack engineering roles

• Strong experience with React and related front-end frameworks (Next.js, TypeScript, etc.)

• Expertise in .NET Core (3+ years) for building scalable backend services

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and designing scalable applications

• Strong grasp of software engineering best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and performance optimization
