Reporting to the Global Head of Digital Marketing, the Marketing Manager position is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-moving and dynamic team and work with industry leaders.
Our goal is to identify and develop strategic marketing plans and activities to expand the company’s business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Create and manage digital campaigns in different channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute offline events such as conferences, trade shows, and seminars to enhance brand presence and engage with customers.
- Manage event planning, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor negotiations, logistics, and on-site coordination, while ensuring seamless integration with digital marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging marketing materials and collateral for both digital and offline channels.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and offline events, using data analytics tools to track key metrics and optimize strategies.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, influencers and partners to support digital marketing campaigns and offline events.
- Translate the English marketing content to local language; and localize the global marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into our marketing strategies.
- Prepare and analyze marketing cost reports to track expenses, evaluate budget allocation, and ensure alignment with KPIs for efficient resource utilization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, business administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and event management, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Experience in planning and executing offline events such as conferences, trade shows, and seminars.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimization strategies.
- Fluency in English and Hindi languages, both written and verbal.
- Working experience in FX industry is a plus.
