The Advisory business is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing.
What You’ll Be Doing
The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to target prospective clients, enhance our brand awareness, and drive business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the banking, mortgage and fintech industries, specifically in regulatory compliance and risk management. The ideal candidate is a creative, hands-on leader with the ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative marketing initiatives. Note: This role does not have any direct reports at this time.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and execute a strategic marketing program to increase brand visibility, drive company growth, and maximize ROI for a rapidly growing financial services advisory firm.
Assess marketing performance using data and metrics to ensure program effectiveness and adjust marketing plans or initiatives accordingly to increase demand generation volume and efficiency.
Collaborate with the business development team to build strategies, conduct outreach, and support initiatives to promote lead generation and increase revenue.
Create marketing content and collateral suitable for print, digital, video, social media, and other appropriate advertising and marketing channels.
Plan, oversee, and lead industry conferences and other events (both live and virtual), including:
Planning the company’s annual conference and events schedule; and
Pre- and post-event management, including onsite booth set up and break down, managing communications and attendee databases, and overseeing onsite events and social activities.
Staffing company booth and actively engaging prospects
Lead day-to-day marketing activities in collaboration with management, including:
Conducting market research to identify trends and assess the competitive landscape;
Adjust company positioning and messaging in response to competitive landscape
Overseeing and posting to social media accounts and content;
Developing email marketing campaigns;
Managing company websites, SEO, and other paid media advertising (Google Ads);
Collaborating with SMEs to produce and publish relevant content (thought leadership) for blogs, social posts, podcasts, and industry publications; and
Managing press and media relations.
Manage third party agency relationships and other vendors associated with marketing and advertising efforts.
