Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Create and schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Write engaging captions and hashtags
- Reply to comments and messages
- Increase followers and engagement organically
2. Content Creation
- Create reels from project videos
- Design promotional graphics using Canva or Adobe tools
- Capture and edit project photos/videos (if required)
- Publish 20–30 posts/reels every month
3. Paid Advertising
- Run Facebook & Instagram Ads
- Generate qualified leads for:
- Home interiors
- Office interiors
- Furniture
- Renovation projects
- Monitor and optimize ad performance
4. Website & SEO
- Update the website with new projects
- Write SEO-friendly blog articles
- Improve Google ranking
- Optimize Google Business Profile
5. Lead Management
- Collect leads from Facebook, website, and WhatsApp
- Follow up with inquiries
- Maintain lead records in Excel or a CRM
- Coordinate with the sales team
6. Email & WhatsApp Marketing
- Send promotional campaigns
- Follow up with previous clients
- Share new offers and completed projects
7. Analytics
- Prepare weekly reports on:
- Leads generated
- Cost per lead
- Website traffic
- Social media growth
- Sales generated from marketing
Job Requirements
- Experience must be within 2-4 years.
