Senior Graphic Designer

Astra Partners, the creative force behind The Messi Experience in Dubai, a global immersive attraction celebrating the legacy of Lionel Messi, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join on Full-Time (Remote) basis.

If you’re a multidisciplinary designer with a sharp eye for detail, deep production knowledge, and the ability to bring bold, high-impact visuals to life across physical and digital platforms, this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities

Concept, design, and execute creative assets for:

• Social media campaigns and digital ads

• Large-format OOH advertising (billboards, buses, metro)

• Event branding (signage, wayfinding, VIP experiences)

• Print collateral (flyers, brochures, partner kits)

• In-venue elements (kiosks, displays, wraps)

• Presentation decks and brand documentation

• Ensure consistent branding across all materials

• Adapt global guidelines into locally relevant, Arabic/English formats

• Prepare production-ready files for a wide range of mediums

• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and external partners

Key Skills & Experience

• 5+ years experience in graphic design or related creative roles

• Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Experience preparing print-ready files and working with different production specs

• Understanding of Arabic/English layout, typography, and branding

• Strong eye for detail, layout, and visual storytelling

• Ability to take feedback and iterate fast

• A solid portfolio showing versatility across platforms
