Astra Content is looking for a B2B Email Marketing Lead to help build and scale a high-impact email program for one of our very large enterprise clients.
This program targets senior decision makers in enterprise and mid-market businesses and is a unique opportunity to shape the messaging and performance of one of the most visible marketing channels for a well-known tech brand.

What you'll do:
- Own the B2B email marketing strategy — including campaign planning, segmentation, testing, and performance
- Write and edit high-performing emails, lead nurture sequences, newsletters, product announcements, and more
- Design and manage A/B and multivariate testing across subject lines, formats, CTAs, and workflows to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to align messaging and business goals
- Report on performance, derive insights, and help refine the strategy over time
Who we’re looking for:
- A senior B2B marketer with 5–10+ years of experience running email programs at a tech company, agency, or SaaS firm
- A strong copywriter who can speak credibly and compellingly to enterprise decision-makers
- A strong understanding of current email channel best practices and a track record of creating and executing high-performing email campaigns
- Experience owning both copy and performance — you understand the full lifecycle from strategy to execution to analytics
- Experience marketing to a technical audience, such as IT professionals
- Skilled with email platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, or similar
- Comfortable leading cross-functional campaigns and reporting results to stakeholders
