📍 Work model: 100% remote

💰 Salary:

• UoP: 19 000 – 22 000 PLN gross / month

• B2B: 1200 – 1500 PLN net + VAT / MD

✈️ Business trips: Occasional travel to the Netherlands

About the project:

You will join an international frontend initiative focused on implementing and integrating a modern design system across a large platform. The team currently includes a frontend developer and a designer based in the Netherlands. Your task will be to support the full rollout of the design system – from auditing current components to full-scale integration using Angular 18+, Tailwind, and NX (Nrwl).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Auditing and assessing existing UI components
• Replacing legacy components with standardized design system components
• Ensuring accessibility compliance and alignment with design guidelines
• Collaborating with designers to maintain visual and functional consistency
• Documenting components and usage guidelines for development teams
• Supporting migration planning and deprecation of outdated components
• Ensuring scalability and maintainability of the integrated system
• Delivering comprehensive technical documentation and implementation reports

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Strong commercial experience in Angular 18+
• Proven experience with Tailwind CSS and NX/Nrwl (monorepo architecture)
• Experience with Design System integration in complex platforms
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best UI practices
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Proficient English (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

• Experience in working with distributed international teams
• Familiarity with component libraries and storybook-based environments
• Understanding of UI/UX collaboration practices
