Senior Software Engineer

We’re looking for a seasoned software engineer who thrives on building fast, scalable, and reliable applications. You’ll be working closely with our product and design teams to ship new features, improve performance, and ensure our platform is secure and maintainable.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain complex web applications using Next.js (App Router + SSR + API routes).

• Design, develop, and scale backend services with Node.js (Express/Nest preferred).

• Manage infrastructure and deployments using AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch).

• Optimize queries and design efficient schemas in PostgreSQL.

• Lead architecture decisions and mentor junior engineers.

• Write clean, testable code with a focus on performance and maintainability.

• Collaborate in agile sprints, contribute to planning and code reviews.

You Should Have:

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack web development.

• Strong hands-on experience with Next.js and server-side rendering.

• Deep understanding of Node.js runtime, asynchronous patterns, and RESTful APIs.

• Solid experience with AWS services – especially for scaling and monitoring.

• Proficiency in PostgreSQL, query optimization, and migrations.

• Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployments.

• Good understanding of code quality, security, and documentation.

Bonus:

• Familiarity with TypeScript (strongly preferred).

• Experience with microservices or event-driven architecture.

• Exposure to GraphQL, Redis, or WebSockets.

• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
