We’re seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Graphic Designer to lead the design function for one or more U.S.-based Real Estate clients. In this full-time, remote role, you will take complete ownership of the visual identity and creative output for our clients-ranging from high-conversion marketing collateral to compelling brand design across print and digital channels.
This position requires a proven design expert who can think strategically, execute with precision, and collaborate effectively across multiple teams. You’ll play a key role in how our clients attract, communicate, and convert prospects in a competitive Real Estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Visual Identity
- Lead the development and maintenance of consistent branding across all marketing and communication channels
- Design and evolve visual guidelines, ensuring that brand integrity is maintained across all platforms
- Translate business objectives and marketing strategies into impactful design solutions
Marketing & Campaign Design
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality marketing assets including:
- Property flyers and brochures
- Social media templates and campaign visuals
- Listing presentations and pitch decks
- Create assets for both print and digital distribution, ensuring responsiveness and formatting across formats
Client Collaboration
- Serve as the design point-of-contact for assigned clients, understanding their brand tone, design needs, and goals
- Present concepts, take feedback constructively, and revise designs quickly while maintaining design quality
- Provide creative direction and recommendations to help clients elevate their branding and marketing presence
Project & Workflow Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously across clients and priorities
- Set realistic timelines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
- Use task management tools (like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello) to track workflow and ensure visibility
Design Innovation & Industry Awareness
- Stay current with real estate design trends, typography, layout strategies, and digital design best practices
- Introduce fresh design perspectives and proactively suggest improvements or new ideas to increase visual impact
- Continuously improve internal processes and creative systems for better output and scalability
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably supporting real estate, marketing agencies, or creative teams
- Expert proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of real estate and business marketing designs
- Exceptional eye for visual composition, attention to detail, and understanding of brand strategy
- Experience in managing multiple client accounts or working in a high-volume creative environment
- Self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English (spoken and written)
- Open to learning and leveraging AI-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or ChatGPT for ideation and content prompts) to enhance productivity and creativity
- Willingness to work during U.S. business hours (Night Shift), if required
Shift timings : 11.30pm to 8.30am
Salary : 30-35k
