Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 (Actual salary will vary based on location, skills, and experience)

As Senior Designer, you’ll help own the way Asset shows up in the world. From ads to emails, social campaigns to retail displays, and out-of-home, you’ll carry the brand’s look and feel across every touchpoint. You’ll partner closely with the CEO, head of Brand Design, and marketing team to craft daring creative and push the boundaries of how people experience the Asset brand.

This is a unique opportunity to take a fast-growing, category-breaking consumer brand and shape how it looks, feels, and grows.

Core Responsibilities

• Expand the Asset visual identity across digital, ooh, activations, and retail.
• Design high-performing static and video ads for Meta and other paid channels.
• Design emails, landing pages, and prepare content for social posting.
• Collaborate with marketing team on campaign concepts and creative testing.
• Think strategically and help develop creative briefs (not just translating briefs).
• Design internal and partnerships decks in support of Asset’s business objectives
• Manage design workflows, asset libraries, and creative processes.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance workflow, exploration, and execution efficiency, but never as a substitute for high-quality design standards.
• Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries to keep things fresh.

Candidate Skills

• Background: 5+ years in marketing design and art direction; consumer goods and startup experience a plus.
• Speed + Discipline: Turns around assets quickly without compromising quality.
• Strategic Creative: Designs with business performance outcomes in mind, not just aesthetics.
• Reliability: A trusted executor of brand visuals across all channels.
• High Standards: Holds AI, shortcuts, and their own work to the same bar of quality.
• Capacity Builder: Helps spin up creative systems and fill gaps until more resources are added.
• Tools: Expert in Adobe CC, Figma, Google Suite, CapCut, Klaviyo, and Shopify.
• Collaboration: Comfortable working independently while being a proactive, supportive teammate.
• Organization: Highly organized with project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Communication: Clear communicator who can present ideas, explain creative decisions, and give/receive feedback constructively.
• Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment, balancing scrappiness with excellence.
