What You’ll Own

• You’ll run the show for all things marketing — from strategy to execution.
• Launch paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google), create killer landing pages, and drive leads like your life depends on it.
• Craft powerful stories — case studies, blogs, email campaigns — that connect deeply with HR heads, founders, and jobseekers.
• Launch growth experiments, obsess over performance data, and optimize every funnel.
• Help turn Assessli into a category-defining brand in India’s HR tech space.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in growth or full-stack marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or startup ecosystems.
• You’ve run paid campaigns, built funnels, and know your way around CRMs, analytics, and content strategy.
• You can write like a human (no boring, robotic copy please).
• You’re curious, scrappy, data-driven, and deeply creative.
• Bonus if you’ve worked in HRTech, EdTech, or have done campus/early talent marketing.
