We are looking for a proactive Software Engineer to join our ML Core team to help us develop efficient and scalable ML pipelines. You will build frameworks and tooling for internal customers aimed to help them train, postprocess, and analyze ML models, as well as develop ML core logic in a real-time production system, bridging the gap between ML models creation and their end users.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backends and tooling for internal ML customers, including core ML pipelines for use in both offline internal processing and real-time production systems.
Work with ML researchers to adopt and optimize experimental ML pipelines, turning them into scalable mature solutions.
Maintain and optimize inference software infrastructure for both offline and real-time production use.
Participate in architecture discussions and communicate with other teams to identify their needs and potential to optimize their work through improvements in our pipelines and tooling.

Requirements

Strong production experience with Python.
Solid knowledge of software development best practices and understanding system design.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with: SQL, NoSQL, message brokers, web frameworks (Django, FastAPI or others).
Proactivity and ability to deliver new features by yourself while communicating with internal customers.
Ability to understand and navigate through existing codebases of different sizes and complexity.
Confident use of LLM-tools to write code.
Very good verbal and written English skills (at least B2+).

Nice to have

Experience with things from our stack: Django, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Celery, Triton Inference Server, GitLab CI.
Experience or curiosity about ML domain.
