A fast-growing innovator in next-generation cooling solutions is seeking a skilled and creative Product Marketing Manager to join the team in a permanent contractor capacity. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, this position is central to developing product messaging, sales enablement materials, and go-to-market strategies. Ideal for someone experienced in B2B technology marketing, the role requires a strategic thinker who’s comfortable working cross-functionally and thrives on turning complex ideas into clear, impactful communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay informed on industry trends such as AI infrastructure, data centre innovation, and sustainable tech.
- Shape and deliver product marketing plans that communicate the value of water-free cooling systems to key audiences.
- Lead the creation of marketing content including brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and videos.
- Conduct market and competitor research to strengthen product positioning.
- Collaborate with product teams to communicate new features and updates both internally and externally.
- Orchestrate product launches, coordinating efforts across marketing, product, and sales.
- Develop sales enablement assets like pitch decks, training guides, and competitive playbooks.
- Monitor campaign outcomes and customer insights to refine messaging.
- Represent the voice of the product within the marketing function, ensuring consistency across platforms.
Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrable background in product marketing within B2B tech or related sectors.
- Solid grasp of value proposition development and GTM strategies.
- Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to break down technical content.
- Skilled in research and analysis to support data-driven decisions.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), and performance analytics.
- Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
- Confident working across departments with product, sales, and customer teams.
