Marketing Operations Lead – up to £70,000 + 10% Bonus – UK Remote
About the Role
Seeking an analytical, commercially focussed individual to join a fast-growing provider of innovative solutions to HPC/Data Centre organisations globally.
My client is hiring for a Marketing Operations Lead to support marketing processes, lead qualification, and sales pipeline optimisation. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role focuses on Account-Based Marketing strategies and channel-based lead distribution while managing HubSpot for marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise HubSpot to align with marketing and sales processes.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows for lead nurturing and personalised communication.
- Pre-qualify leads based on ABM and channel-based criteria, converting them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Generate marketing reports, dashboards, and insights to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales for a smooth lead handoff and sales funnel optimisation.
- Conduct database audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns for engagement and deliverability.
- Improve operational efficiency in marketing workflows.
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive HubSpot experience (certifications preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ABM, lead qualification, and channel-based lead distribution.
- Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with marketing automation best practices.
- Experience in workflow creation and process optimisation within HubSpot.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations is a plus.
