The Amazon Digital Marketing Specialist Europe will be part of an exciting and transformative Ecommerce team within Asmodee. We are looking for an autonomous and motivated professional with a result-oriented approach to help us drive online/digital excellence across our European markets. This role is responsible for optimising all digital content and activities on Amazon, in particular the activation and optimisation of advertising campaigns, brands stores and product pages.
What does this role Involve
- Drive Amazon digital advertising campaigns from conception to optimisation for our portfolio of brands.
- Build detailed plans to maximise campaign sell-outs and reach predefined KPI’s (impressions, clicks, awareness, traffic, conversion, sales…) and propose adjustments whenever necessary.
- Collaborate with Internal Ecommerce/Amazon Sales and Marketing Teams to define and execute digital content, marketing and advertising plans to increase traffic, visibility, brand awareness and conversion on Amazon.
- Partner with external key points of contacts (Amazon, Advertising Agencies, Software Providers, …) to build and execute marketing/advertising strategies aimed at reaching a defined set of KPI’s.
- Support execution of product updates and new product launches including product setup, product content, product images, item data uploads and merchandising across the European markets.
- Use Data Analytics Tools to measure and report performance of all advertising campaigns and recommend continuous optimisation to ensure goals are met.
- Contribute to content marketing initiatives that enhance the overall performance of our campaigns.
What are we looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Solid 2-3 years’ experience working on Amazon Advertising or Amazon Digital Marketing or in a Performance Marketing environment.
- Experience working with Amazon Vendor Central / Seller Central required.
- Strong understanding of the entire Amazon ecosystem: SEO, PDP optimisation, Brand Store, BSR, marketing/advertising campaign management, Amazon Search (PPC/Sponsored Ads), Amazon DSP Display advertising, most relevant Amazon KPI’s and full knowledge of all levers available to reach full Amazon optimisation and online excellence.
- Thorough understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies and KPI’s, including search engine optimisation, keyword bidding and online tracking systems.
- Strong analytical background and excel skills to allow fast data interpretation and translation into powerful action plans aimed at optimising our Amazon business.
- Track record of prioritising and successfully delivering multiple initiatives on-time.
- Ability to work within a team as well as independently with limited supervision
- Entrepreneurship, can-do mindset and high level of attention to details.
- Fluent in English. An additional European language is a plus.
