Job Title: Sr National Partner Marketing Manager

Work Location: Fully Remote (Start date is NOT until Oct 6, 2025) with occasional travel (Video/Audio capability will be required on remote working days)

Work Schedule: Full Time Monday-Friday(Overtime is not expected, but could be possible based upon business needs and will occur only when requested and approved by the manager)

Travel Requirements: Availability of traveling up to 30%. Mostly US domestic travel

Initial Length: 7 months with possibility of extension depending on performance and team fit

PR Range: $98/hr - $109/hr on W2

Job Description:

  • We are looking for a senior marketer who has experience supporting strategic marketing relationships within the Channel ecosystem to come on board and hit the ground running by developing and executing marketing plans with our Partners that align sales objectives to Partners' initiatives.
  • Successful plans will strengthen the brand to drive Partner and Customer Engagement, as well as allow us to make investments for growth and scalability.

Joint initiatives with our Partners will include a to/with/through motion to ultimately:

  • Drive pipeline and bookings
  • Build brand, mindshare, and market share / strengthen preference
  • Activate new partner sellers
  • You will be responsible for measuring success and partnership growth against these metrics to validate that you are making the right investments to extend reach and impact in the storage, data management, and data protection market.

In this role, the Sr. National Partner Marketing Manager (NPMM):

  • Acts as the primary marketing lead between the client and the National Partner to develop and execute a joint marketing strategy to support our overall business goals/works closely with the National Partner Manager (NPM) to drive alignment

Executes joint marketing activities and programs designed to drive pipeline and bookings, as well as uncover Net New Logos. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Thought leadership content
  • Multitouch email campaigns
  • Virtual and in-person experiences
  • Events
  • Webinars
  • Appointment Setting / Meeting makers
  • Social Campaigns
  • Account-Based Marketing
  • Guide National Partners in adopting and utilizing tools and resources, such as the Demand marketing automation platform and our MDF Management Tool
  • Manage and support the execution of partner enablement activities to activate new sellers and technical evangelists
  • Monitor progress and measure results of all key marketing campaigns conducted through regular pipeline inspection and opportunity deal tracking
  • Build and maintain relationships with the marketing function at the identified national partners

Manage day-to-day tactics to maintain Partner marketing relationships. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Joining weekly internal team calls for each Partner,
  • Providing updates internally to channel and marketing leadership as needed,
  • Joining external marketing calls with marketing contacts at each Partner
  • Forecasting/updating/ managing MDF and enablement budgets, opening POs, and tracking invoice payments on partner marketing investments
  • Tracking all activities in Smartsheet
  • Helps to drive business outcomes through solution-oriented marketing/bridges a connection to Alliance relationships that strengthen joint GTM messaging
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams, such as Field Marketing and Programs, to foster visibility and elicit support in driving programs down to the Account Executives / Collaborate with the Americas Field Marketing organization to ensure there is synergy between National Partner marketing and field marketing activities
  • Participates in team calls across the globe, in-person meetings, and planning sessions

What You Bring To The Team:

  • Track record of working with sales, partners, customers, field/global marketing, and analysts
  • Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities and disciplines / Experience in multi-touch marketing campaign execution, sales lead management, event marketing, account-based marketing, and digital campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically to build and convey compelling value propositions and content with partners
  • Ability to identify opportunities to expand GTM via specific customer segments and industry verticals
  • Impeccable organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to develop an annual marketing plan
  • Budget management skills
  • Timely execution of general administrative tasks & assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Proactive, self-motivated, innovative, and collaborative
  • Experience in a fast-paced, teamwork-oriented environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under challenging deadlines
  • Ability to think strategically while implementing tactically
  • Flexibility in a rapidly changing environment

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field preferred

Experience:

  • 7+ years in a Reseller Partner marketing role within the tech industry, with both channel and technology partner marketing experience
  • 5+ years of experience interfacing with Value Added Resellers, preferably with National Partners such as SHI, WWT, etc.
  • Field marketing experience with strong execution skills
  • Experience leveraging Salesforce to track campaigns
  • Strong budget management and reporting skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to be successful in a matrixed organization
  • Detail-oriented / organized
  • No ego!

We need someone who can easily hit the ground running and has a strong understanding of Partner marketing with a sense of commitment to operational excellence. This role reports to the Director, Global Partner Marketing.
