Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will lead the company’s marketing strategy with a strong focus on content creation, brand positioning, and demand generation—directly contributing to the company’s ambitious sales target. This role is responsible for building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and qualified lead generation to support revenue growth.

Applicants must currently be residing in the Philippines.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in content-driven marketing, excellent storytelling skills, and a track record of creating campaigns that resonate with target audiences—preferably within the BPO, outsourcing, or staffing industry. Hands-on experience with WordPress and HubSpot is required, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Recruitment, HR, IT, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, email, and offline channels to support business goals and contribute to the sales target.
  • Manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and resources to maximize ROI and lead conversion.
  • Partner with Sales, Recruitment, HR, IT, Operations, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives.
  • Analyze marketing performance, track KPIs, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Digital & Demand Generation

  • Drive lead generation through targeted campaigns, digital ads, and content marketing aligned with sales goals.
  • Manage social media strategy, engagement, and growth.
  • Oversee SEO, paid advertising, and website optimization to ensure visibility and reach.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.

Skills & Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital strategy with a strong emphasis on revenue-generating campaigns.

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth through strategic marketing initiatives, lead generation, and conversion-focused content.

  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and HubSpot (must-have), including building and optimizing landing pages, email workflows, and CRM integration for sales enablement.

  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, paid media) that deliver measurable ROI and contribute to sales targets.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (HubSpot, WordPress, Webflow, Google Analytics, SEO tools, email platforms, ad platforms, etc.) with a focus on performance tracking and optimization.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize initiatives that directly impact pipeline growth and revenue.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, especially in aligning marketing efforts with Sales, Recruitment, and Operations.

  • Industry experience in BPO, outsourcing, or staffing preferred, with an understanding of sales cycles and client acquisition strategies.
