Role Brief:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with expertise in print and digital design and basic HTML knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating impactful visual assets across print, digital, and marketing channels while ensuring brand consistency. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, print production, HTML emailers, and multimedia content creation.

Role Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality print-ready creatives including brochures, flyers, reports, banners, standees, presentations, and other marketing collaterals.
• Create engaging digital assets for social media, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, advertisements, and promotional initiatives.
• Design and develop templated HTML emailers for marketing, client communication, and campaign requirements.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to translate campaign objectives into compelling visual concepts.
• Ensure brand consistency across all print, digital, and multimedia communication materials.
• Manage end-to-end artwork preparation, including print specifications, formatting, and production readiness.
• Source, organize, and maintain design assets, stock imagery, videos, and creative resources.
• Support multimedia and creative requirements across departments as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design tools, video formats, and best practices. 2

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design with exposure to print design, digital creatives, and basic HTML development.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating print collaterals, social media creatives, emailers, presentations, reels, and marketing communication materials.
• Ability to prepare print-ready artwork with a strong understanding of production requirements.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles will be an added advantage.
• Basic exposure with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent video editing software is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality work within deadlines.
