Position Overview:
We are looking for an executive assistant who possesses a meticulous attention to detail and a grand command of the English language. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule, draughting clear and accurate correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who is not only interested in travel but is also willing to travel with the CEO both locally and internationally as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Draft and proofread emails, reports, and other documents with a high level of accuracy.
- Handle phone calls and communicate effectively with clients, partners, and team members.
- Assist in problem-solving and managing high-stress situations with a calm and collected demeanour.
- Support marketing initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance our brand presence.
- Conduct research and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the travel industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfortable making phone calls and engaging with clients directly.
- A passion for travel and a willingness to travel with the CEO as required.
- Presentable and professional demeanour, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
