As part of our team, you’ll be tasked with

You will be working in a fast paced, innovation centric biostatics team in one of our global biopharma customers, streamlining the workflow and statistical model deployment, specifically

• Cleaning up the codebase, reviewing and refactor Python/R code for various study designs, ensuring it is clean and maintainable.
• Enhancing code robustness through implementing unit testing, validating model performance, and addressing missing components.
• Adapt code for deployment by redesigning code structure for deployment, analysing backend mechanics, and understanding frontend needs.
• Assisting deployment, through collaborating with UI/UX designers, business analysts, and data engineers, assist in deploying on Databricks, and ensuring successful implementation.
• Join a dynamic team working on Data Science solutions for and engage in group meetings to understand tools and predictive solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Python and R programming languages.
• Strong understanding of code structure, architecture, and refactoring.
• Experience with unit testing and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with deployment processes and tools, particularly Databricks.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare or clinical operations field.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Background in data science or related fields.
