JOB DUTIES: Analyzing software requirements to determine best solution to deliver business goals including estimating and planning throughout an agile software development lifecycle; modifying codebase to implement complex software modifications following appropriate standards for coding and design patterns, source code control, unit testing, and continuous integration and deployment; analyzing and troubleshooting complex errors in software application to determine root cause and resolution; assisting with testing and written description of application software changes; collaborating with team members, actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies and activities including pair programming and peer code review with a constant focus on continuous improvement; establishing alignment with product owner to understand, influence, and deliver on road maps with a sense of responsibility for application architecture and technical execution; and leading or assisting in technical research initiatives, working with other teams, participating in technical architecture discussions to influence decisions and maintain consistency across the organization.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, engineering, business or closely related field and five months’ experience writing clean and maintainable code using engineering best practices such as unit testing, TDD, continuous integration and deployment, automation, design patters, and refactoring; Agile SDLC practices; developing software and systems on the Microsoft Technology Stack using C# and .Net; ; relational database such as Sybase, MSSQL, Oracle; distributed systems, services oriented architecture, RESTful services and Microservices development; multi-threaded applications and memory management; continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), automation, and related tools.

The national average salary range for this role is $100,006 – 150,000 in base pay, exclusive of any bonuses and benefits. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salary offered will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, performance, and internal pay alignment. We do not anticipate that candidates hired will begin at the top of the range however, from time to time, it may occur on a case-by-case basis.
