About the Role:

• Role: Software Developer or Software Engineer
• Location: Medelin Colombia (Remote)
• Employment Type: Contract
• Tech Stack: Python, .NET, C# and Azure

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain backend services using C#/.NET and Azure

• Develop tools and automation to support testing, pipelines, and developer

workflows

• Write automation scripts using PowerShell and/or Python

• Work with data (Azure Data Explorer / KQL) to generate insights and improve

systems

• Improve telemetry and help teams make data-driven decisions

• Ensure high-quality code (including unit tests for all changes)

• Support production systems through on-call rotations (incident response and

fixes)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes

• Document your work, designs, and best practices

• Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and developer experience

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of software engineering experience

• Experience building and maintaining backend systems or services

• Comfortable working with Git, code reviews, and build systems

• Experience writing automated tests and working with QA teams

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Good communication skills and ability to work in collaborative environments
