  • Role: MOPS (Marketing Operations Specialist/Business Analyst) (Impact tool experience)
  • Location: LATAM
  • Employment Type: Contract

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Tool & Platform Management: Manage and enhance marketing tools, including
  • Salesforce, Impact, and AI-driven automation tools, to support artist influencer
  • programs.
  • AI & Automation Integration: Identify and implement AI-driven optimizations to streamline
  • marketing workflows, enhance data processing and improve campaign personalization.
  • Ticket & Support Management: Promptly triage cases, respond to end-user inquiries,
  • fulfill system requests, and resolve incidents in a customer-centric manner.
  • Data Integrity & Analysis: Monitor data quality, execute data migration/cleansing projects,
  • and leverage AI for data enrichment and predictive analytics.
  • Process Improvement: Automate manual processes, optimize self-service capabilities,
  • and improve operational workflows through AI and machine learning tools.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work cross-functionally with internal teams
  • to refine operational processes and enhance user experience through AI-driven insights.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, business analysis, or related fields.
  • Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation tools, or AI-driven marketing
  • platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows, campaign automation, and CRM
  • management.
  • Ability to gather requirements, create and deploy solutions, and analyze business
  • processes.
  • Experience supporting and managing ticketing systems and troubleshooting user issues.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Impact, GenAI tools, or other AI-driven marketing automation
  • platforms.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for email or web campaign execution.
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills for campaign analysis.
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets, AI-driven analytics, and automation
  • frameworks

Must Have
