About the Role:

• Role: Marketing Automation OR Workfront Expert OR Workfront Administrator
• Location: Mexico (Remote)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Skill : Workfront AND Jira AND ETL AND API

Technical Expertise

• 3+ years of hands-on Workfront administration experience

• Workfront Pro or Expert certification (or commitment to obtain within 6 months)

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall,

Kanban)

• Experience with data migration projects and ETL processes

• Proficiency in Workfront APIs and integration capabilities

• Knowledge of marketing workflows, campaign management, and creative

production processes

Migration & Change Management

• Proven track record of successful large-scale system migrations (preferably from Jira

to Workfront)

• Experience with change management methodologies and user adoption strategies

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent

initiatives

• Experience working with marketing and marketing operations teams

Communication & Leadership

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership

• Strong training and documentation abilities

• Collaborative approach with cross-functional team management experience

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
