About the Role:
Position: Lead Developer
Location: Remote
Summary:
The main function of a Developer (Other Specialty) is to design, develop, and implement applications using in-demand languages and technologies (e.g. - Websphere, Informatica etc.) to support business requirements.
Top 4 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
- Minimum 10 years experience - D365 experience, at least 2 years as an Administrator with above responsibilities. 3+ years of experience as a MS D365 Developer.
- Minimum10 years experience Understanding of customizing workflows and supporting integration with code.
- Minimum 10 years experience with Knowledge of customizations using JavaScript or Power Automate.
- Development experience in needed language or technology (e.g. - Websphere, Informatica etc.)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Solution Development: Design, develop and implement a functional solution using Microsoft D365 & Microsoft Power Platform.
- System Administration & Configuration: Manage user access, roles, and security settings. Configure workflows, business rules, and automation, customize dashboards, views, and reports.
- Data Management & Integrity: Ensure data quality, perform backups, and manage integrations and oversee data imports, exports, transformation and deduplication.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve system issues and provide user support.
- Upgrades & Enhancements: Implement system updates and new features. Test and deploy patches, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Training: Document, publish and provide training for D365 best practices and maintain system documentation and process guides. Act as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members.
Knowledge
- Power Platform Integration (Canvas apps, Power Automate) Experience configuring and creating solutions in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Experience integrating new D365 solutions with existing D365 solutions
- Experience configuring managed connections with other products like Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI.
- Understanding of customizing workflows and supporting integration with code.
- Knowledge of customizations using JavaScript or Power Automate.
Salary Range: $150,000 to 165,000 Annually Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
