Position: Java Developer / Backend

Experience Level: 5+ years

Location: Remote (Mexico)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Software Developer with deep experience across backend, and cloud environments. You’ll help shape customer-facing applications and internal tools that power next-generation automotive experiences and connected devices. This role requires strong technical depth, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to lead new initiatives from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java.

· Architect, deploy, and manage services on AWS (including S3, EC2, Lambda, etc.)

· Collaborate with product, UX, and QA to deliver high-impact features

· Contribute to API development, cloud integration, and CI/CD pipelines

· Lead technical direction on greenfield projects and cross-functional efforts

Required Qualifications:

· 5+ years of professional experience in software development

· Strong Backend experience using Java (SpringBoot)

· Hands-on experience with AWS services like S3, EC2, Lambda

· Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

· Prior Amazon experience strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in automotive technologies, embedded systems, or smart devices

· Familiarity with Alexa, voice assistant platforms, or connected service
