Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to provide L2/L3 support and defect triaging for a back-office transaction management solution. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth transaction management and data aggregation across EFT and ATM channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
- Conduct defect triaging to identify, analyze, and fix issues efficiently.
- Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Develop and maintain scripts in Java and Oracle for bug fixes and enhancements.
- Support PostgreSQL database management for one of the system modules.
- Ensure optimal performance and uptime of the application.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve system reliability and user experience.
Must-Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Data Navigator as an application.
- Strong programming skills in Java and Oracle SQL.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL for relevant modules.
- Proven expertise in L2/L3 support and customer issue resolution.
- Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot errors, and provide fixes.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Prior experience in financial transaction processing environments.
- Knowledge of EFT and ATM transaction processing systems.
- Familiarity with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
