Role Objectives:

Strategic Advertising Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive social media advertising strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and meet client objectives. Your strategic insight will shape campaigns that align with overall marketing goals and drive measurable results.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze audience behavior and campaign performance data to make informed decisions on targeting, bidding, and creative strategies. Your ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns in real time will be essential for achieving the best possible outcomes.
Creative Campaign Execution: Manage the full lifecycle of paid advertising campaigns, from crafting compelling ad creatives and copy to optimizing targeting and budget allocation. You’ll ensure each campaign is tailored to its specific audience and objectives.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure advertising initiatives align with broader marketing strategies. Your collaboration will ensure campaigns are cohesive, effective, and in line with client expectations.
Continuous Innovation & Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and policies in social media advertising. You’ll continuously experiment with new techniques, tools, and platforms to push the boundaries of what’s possible and keep our strategies cutting-edge.

Requirements

Experience with GHL is highly preferred.
At least 3 years proven work experience as a Social Media Advertising Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful campaign execution and optimization.
In-depth knowledge and experience with various social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Strong understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and campaign optimization techniques.
Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools to track and analyze campaign performance (e.g., Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad creatives and ad copy.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in social media advertising platforms.
