We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to design, execute, and optimize our marketing strategy with a strong focus on paid media campaigns and content creation.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging content for social media, email marketing, and website.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging digital tools, and best practices to maximize ROI.
- Support overall brand positioning and storytelling across digital channels.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy and execution.
- Strong expertise in paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Hands-on experience with content creation (social media, blog posts, ad copy, or visual assets).
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, or similar).
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with a results-driven approach.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SEO/SEM and marketing automation tools.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
