Joining Arup

Arup’s purpose, shared values and collaborative approach has set us apart for over 80 years, guiding how we shape a better world.

The Opportunity

As the Marketing Manager for Arup Digital Products (ADP) Oasys LS-DYNA Environment in China, you will develop and execute a localised marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, demand generation, and business growth across the engineering simulation market. Working closely with global marketing, product, sales, and industry partners, you will position Oasys’ software solutions to support customers in automotive, aerospace, research, and advanced engineering sectors. This role combines strategic marketing, technical storytelling, and sales enablement to accelerate market adoption and strengthen Oasys' presence across China.

  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that increase awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth for the Oasys LS-DYNA Environment product suite in China.
  • Create and localise compelling marketing content, including customer success stories, technical collateral, digital campaigns, webinars, and event materials tailored to the Chinese engineering simulation market.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and global marketing teams to support key accounts, strengthen customer engagement, and provide sales enablement tools, presentations, and competitive positioning materials.
  • Build relationships with industry partners, universities, research institutes, and CAE communities while planning and managing conferences, seminars, workshops, and trade events to maximise market exposure.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse market trends and competitor activity, and provide data-driven insights to optimise marketing effectiveness and inform regional and global strategies.

At Arup, you belong to an extraordinary collective – in which we encourage individuality to thrive. Our strength comes from how we respect, share and connect our diverse experiences, perspectives and ideas.

You will have the opportunity do socially useful work that has meaning – to Arup, to your career, to our members and to the clients and communities we serve.

Is this role right for you?

  • A degree in Marketing or a related discipline, with 5+ years of experience in software or technology marketing.
  • Strong understanding of China's engineering simulation, CAE, or manufacturing technology ecosystem, ideally within automotive, aerospace, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging marketing messages.
  • Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, events, content marketing, and lead generation, with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, creativity, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global and cross-functional teams.
