Our client, the world's leading online boating marketplace, is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Operations Specialist (Contract) to lead and support the migration of their marketing automation programs from Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to Iterable. In this role, you’ll work closely with their marketing and technical teams to build and deploy customer journeys, manage campaigns, and configure the Iterable platform to support scalable lifecycle marketing initiatives.

You Will:
- Lead the migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Iterable, designing and implementing new customer journeys and lifecycle marketing solutions
- Build and customize email templates using Handlebars scripting and dynamic content fields
- Create, deploy, and manage standalone campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud during the transition period
- Develop audience segmentation strategies and support Iterable integration through custom fields, data syncs, and system setup
- Create and manage push notification campaigns within Iterable
- QA all creative assets, including copy, layout, and content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and an optimal customer experience
- Partner with internal teams to optimize processes and ensure the successful delivery of lifecycle marketing initiatives
You Have:
- Experience leading marketing automation platform migrations, ideally from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Iterable (or similar platforms)
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, or comparable marketing automation tools
- Expertise in audience segmentation, data syncing, and building dynamic, personalized customer journeys
- Experience with Handlebars scripting for template customization and dynamic content insertion
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset able to — QA and troubleshoot campaigns across devices and channels
- Experience creating and managing push notifications within a marketing automation platform
- Collaborative and solutions-oriented — comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and data teams
- Strong organizational skills — able to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment
