Our client, a high-end, Swiss cosmetic/skincare line, is currently seeking a Senior e-Commerce Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a part time role (20-25 hours per week).You will play a pivotal role in managing their online presence and ensuring a seamless and captivating customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee eCommerce operations, and contribute to the growth and success of their brand in the digital landscape. This team member is data-driven, intellectually curious, capable of taking initiative and eager to grow. Key responsibilities include Shopify website operations, website merchandising and conversion rate optimization.
You Will:
- Own day-to-day Shopify site operations and product lifecycle management
- Lead content planning, web merchandising, and conversion rate optimization
- Oversee homepage/landing page updates, promotions, and consumer touchpoints
- Partner across teams to ensure accurate product info and brand alignment
- Analyze sales and user behavior to refine strategy and drive growth
- Manage site enhancements and performance improvements with developers/designers
- Build and execute email/SMS capture strategies and loyalty initiatives
- Track KPIs and use insights to shape e-commerce tactics
- Maintain brand excellence while increasing customer engagement and retention
- Stay on top of trends to ensure best-in-class e-commerce execution
You Have:
- 4+ years’ ecommerce/merchandising experience, ideally in beauty, wellness, or fashion
- Hands-on expertise with Shopify Plus and relevant admin tools
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and ecommerce performance metrics
- Strong UX/UI awareness and digital merchandising skills
- Experience managing external vendors and internal cross-functional teams
- Ability to lead strategy while rolling up your sleeves tactically
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Data-driven decision-making with a deep understanding of the customer journey
- Experience with A/B testing, promotional calendars, and conversion optimization
- A flexible, proactive mindset fit for an entrepreneurial environment
