We are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist with expertise in e-commerce to join our team and help elevate our online presence and sales performance.

Developing MMO games is very challenging. In our view it is as much rewarding. We want to find someone who shares our passion for challenge and excellence to enjoy this path together.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize e-commerce marketing strategies tailored to the gaming industry to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility
• Manage and oversee online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, influencer collaborations, and email marketing specific to gaming audiences
• Collaborate with production team to create and execute promotional activities that align with game launches, updates, and sales goals
• Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and player engagement
• Identify emerging trends in gaming and e-commerce and recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition
• Optimize the online user journey, including website content, design, and checkout processes, to maximize conversions and player retention
• Conduct competitor and market analysis within the gaming industry to identify opportunities and develop targeted marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, with a strong focus on e-commerce and preferably within the gaming industry
• Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing tools
• Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces relevant to the gaming industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for the gaming industry and familiarity with gaming trends and player behavior
