Prioritize, plan, and coordinate research and design efforts across multiple product initiatives within a single product scope.
Coordinate efforts across larger operational initiatives or themes of practice improvement with minimal supervision.
Mentorship
Lead and mentor others in designing interface controls, interaction patterns, paradigms, and workflows, improving their ability to
prototype ideas and solve complex interaction problems.
Lead and mentor others in planning, running, and analysing feedback from evaluative research sessions, improving their ability to
test and validate new ideas or optimize solutions.
Provide ad-hoc coaching or mentoring support, and seek opportunities to share skills and educate others.
Role-Specific
Demonstrate best practices and depth of skill in applying principles of good UI/visual design to create visually compelling and
consistent product interfaces.
Plan, conduct, and analyse strategic research activities to discover, understand, and define customer jobs, pains, gains, and
journeys.
Utilize a Lean/hypothesis-driven approach to research and design, identifying minimum viable solutions to customer problems and
iteratively validating assumptions through fast feedback loops.
Apply insights, analysis, and creativity to execute strategies and drive desired outcomes for customers and the business, shaping
initiatives and informing the product roadmap.
Comfortable facilitating workshops with cross functional teams.
Communication
Regularly present research and design work to wider product and design teams. Share work early and often for feedback, and communicate
approach, progress, and results openly and clearly.

Actively engage with strategy as part of a wider leadership group, understanding broad strategic intent and translating initiatives into measurable
ideas and experiments
Technical Skills Needed
Design & Prototyping Proficiency: Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools. Familiarity with Axure or equivalent.
User Research Techniques: Proficient in various user research methodologies, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and A/B
testing.
Front-End Development: Understanding of modern FE languages and frameworks.
Comfortable using AI productivity tools.

Qualifications
Formal education in HCI, UX or related disciplines is desired but not required.
Undergraduate degree in business, sciences incl. Social sciences are desired.
