Role Description:
We're looking for an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our paid media strategy across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional ROAS (5–6x minimum) while managing large-scale ad budgets ($100K+ per month).
You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing high-performing campaigns that drive workshop bookings, eCommerce sales, and overall brand growth—across Meta, Google, and other paid platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Manage monthly budgets up to $100K efficiently with a clear focus on ROAS, CPA, and conversion growth
- Build, test, and scale campaigns targeting both top-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel audiences
- Analyze data and performance trends, identifying insights to improve results and guide decision-making
- Implement and refine campaign structures, creative testing, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies
- Collaborate with the content, design, and web teams to ensure ad creatives and landing pages align with performance goals
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, headlines, calls to action, and placements
- Report weekly and monthly on campaign performance, KPIs, and budget pacing
- Stay ahead of algorithm changes, platform updates, and performance marketing trends
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Proven experience managing $100K+ monthly ad budgets and consistently delivering 5–6+ ROAS
- Mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and performance tracking tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable strategy
- Experience with pixel implementation, UTM tagging, conversion tracking, and event-based optimization
- Creative mindset and performance-first thinking when briefing or testing creatives
- Experience in eCommerce or event-based marketing is a strong plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
