Job Overview

We are looking for a visionary, fast-paced, and versatile Global Creative Designer to join our international growth team. Working synchronously and asynchronously with cross-functional teams across the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and other regions, you will bridge the gap between traditional artistry and modern digital marketing. You will leverage cutting-edge AI design workflows to produce high-converting ad creatives, elegant packaging, and engaging digital content at scale. This role is perfect for a detail-obsessed designer who understands that great design is functional, emotional, and performance-driven.

Key Responsibilities

Performance & Paid Media Design: Conceptualize and execute high-performing visual content and ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google Display, iterating rapidly based on data, A/B test results, and hook-rate metrics.

AI-Augmented Content Creation: Utilize Generative AI design tools (Midjourney, Photoshop Generative Fill, Firefly, Canva AI, etc.) to streamline asset generation, speed up turnaround times, and scale creative output without compromising visual fidelity.

Global Brand & Motion Graphics: Maintain visual consistency across international studios. Edit short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) and motion graphics designed to stop the scroll and drive workshop bookings.

Packaging Design & Print Production: Manage end-to-end print and packaging design processes, preparing press-ready files and working within physical production specifications for studio materials and product kits.

Global Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Studio Management teams across North America, Europe, and APAC to turn creative concepts into live campaigns swiftly.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven Experience: 3+ years of professional graphic and digital design experience, ideally within a D2C, eCommerce, or high-growth agency environment.

Software & AI Mastery: Advanced command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma/Canva. Active proficiency with Generative AI image tools and AI workflows.

Motion Graphics Capability: Hands-on experience with short-form video editing and motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut).

Print & Packaging Expertise: Solid understanding of packaging design, die-lines, color management (CMYK vs. RGB), and technical printing processes.

Performance-First Mindset: Deep understanding of how layout, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory impact conversion rates and user behavior.

Uncompromising Detail & Speed: Meticulous eye for detail—matching the intricate precision of Turkish mosaic art—paired with the ability to execute quickly under tight deadlines.

Global Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1/C2) to articulate design decisions and collaborate in an asynchronous, remote setup.
