We are looking for a Data Scientist Tester & Support Engineer to join our team. This is a hybrid role combining strong analytical skills, software testing, and technical support. You’ll work closely with our engineering, and product teams to ensure our AI/ML models and data pipelines are robust, accurate, and well-supported for end users.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
Hands-on experience with Python and popular data science libraries
Familiarity with SQL and data querying
Experience with testing frameworks and version control (Git)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple issues and prioritize effectively

Nice to Have:

Experience in ML model monitoring and testing (e.g., drift detection, performance validation)
Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, Datadog, or MLflow
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Prior support experience or client-facing roles
