Overview
We are seeking two Senior Engineers with deep knowledge of C# for Backend services and AWS to design and implement core functionalities for a high-profile creative company. As part of our dynamic team, you will work on building and evolving cloud-native solutions that directly impact the company’s key operations and growth.
About the project
You will contribute to the modernization and improvement of key backend systems, currently transitioning from Python to C# (.NET). This is a strategic migration that aims to align with long-term goals for performance, maintainability and scalability.
Your role will include contributing to the migration effort from Python to C#, while continuing to evolve our AWS-based infrastructure and APIs. It’s a phenomenal opportunity to shape how modern engineering practices are applied in a real-world transformation.

Team
You will be working in the Model Design & BI Management team, which is composed of a Delivery Manager, a Lead Engineer, Product Manager, Product Designer, and 6 other Engineers.
Core responsibilities
- Contribute to the migration of services from Python to C#/.NET
- Build efficient and reusable cloud applications and services with a strong focus on quality, security, and scalability
- Engage in Pair Programming as part of a cross-functional product team
- Collaborate across a full value chain of software products that rely on backend services you will be evolving
Requirements
Mandatory skills
- Solid experience developing cloud-native solutions on AWS
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with C#/.NET for Backend development
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs using AWS components (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway)
- Familiarity with DynamoDB
- Good understanding of modern engineering practices: TDD, Pair Programming, Refactoring, Simple Design
- Experience in handling migrations or refactorings of existing systems
Optional / nice-to-have skills
- Basic knowledge of Python, to understand and help transition existing codebases
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools, especially Terraform
- Experience with SQL and Redis
- Openness to TDD practices in critical systems requiring high reliability
